I may never have the opportunity to attend a professional conference in the medical field while working at companies.

A medical conference between Taiwan and the Philippines was held in Hualien. On my second day on the job, I was responsible for preparing the tea, snacks, and the environment before it.

Following two hours of preparation, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., I maintained a composed posture at the back of the conference room, appearing diplomatic despite being lost in thought.

However, when the first doctor, Kevin Li came on stage to start his presentation. I’ve come to understand that the most valuable knowledge can be acquired anywhere, even at work, depending on one’s attitude.

Pakistan is Curable

Occasionally, I refrain from repeating information to my parents and encourage them to recall it themselves. I discovered through research that this way can prevent the decline of brain function with age.

Remember a video of a woman and her mom who has Alzheimer lying on a bed together, and suddenly, her mom recognizes her daughter and calls her name?

The woman bursts into tears, saying, “Yes, I’m your daughter.” 

A heart-wrenching moment captured by unintentional recording warmed my heart and wet my eyes. My heart tightens in beautiful pain.

The doctor cites a real case on the screen, explaining how to reverse Pakistan by acupuncture, designed rehabilitation, razer treatments, etc.

Pakistan can be prevented, prescribed, and proved as a hopeful new start.

Cancer is Preventable

Cancer is cunning, lurking in the shadows, growing in size, extending its reach, and forcing individuals to struggle and fight for their lives.

Some detect this malevolent presence early on, at stage one or two, yet many are unable to bid farewell to their loved ones, and vice versa, by stage four.

Cancer made me attend the first funeral for my grandpa at 9, then my other grandpa at 12, and later my grandma at 25.

Then my father was diagnosed with cancer when I was in high school. Blessed by the early discovery, the tumor was cleaned out, and no sign of relapsing afterward.

When the doctor explained the CTC (Circulating Tumor Cell) technology by extracting a drop of blood to detect the tumor cells, I admired such a venerable human victory in reversing a deadly disease.

Having the CTC examination once a year can also check the health of the heart to prevent lung cancer, urology issues, Pakistan, and sudden death which happens a lot to people who work under pressure or even to some healthy people who regularly exercise.

Cancer can be cancelled, conquered, and countered.

Final

The doctors wrap up this conference by emphasizing the significance of integrating Eastern and Western medical treatments, along with the experimental examples of patients who only receive Western treatment and those who receive the combined treatment.

The latter has a 30% higher chance of controlling the disease or even curing it.

In this two-hour conference, I have the privilege of accessing a solid and valuable medical class.

It is more an incredible life lesson than an 8-5 work.
